【摘要】：目的:探討血清鐵蛋白、血管粘附蛋白-1在慢性酒精中毒及急性腦梗死中檢測的意義,研究其變化趨勢,同時對患者的中性粒細胞百分比及紅細胞分布寬度進行測定,為疾病的早期診斷、治療與預(yù)后改善提供。方法:選取慢性酒精中毒患者25例,診斷符合CCMD-3修訂的酒精所致精神障礙診斷標準;急性腦梗死組患者25例,患者全部由頭部MRI證實存在急性梗死病灶;正常對照組20例。實驗采用ELISA雙抗體夾心法測定血清鐵蛋白及血管粘附蛋白-1水平;采用全自動血細胞分析儀測定中性粒細胞百分比及紅細胞分布寬度。結(jié)果:1.慢性酒精中毒患者SF水平(294.3 ±92.5)ng/ml高于正常對照組(112.4±64.8)ng/ml,差異有顯著性(P0.05);VAP-1水平(178.9±33.8)ng/ml高于正常對照組(111.7±14.1)ng/ml,差異有顯著性(P0.05);中性粒細胞百分比(%)57.7±11.1和正常對照組53.6±3.6比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P05);紅細胞分布寬度(fl)46.4±3.2高于正常對照組40.6±2.1,有顯著差異(P0.05)。2.急性腦梗死患者SF水平(347.3 ±60.3)ng/ml高于正常對照組(112.4±64.8)ng/ml,差異有顯著性(P0.05);VAP-1水平(i83.3±50.8)ng/ml 高于正常對照組(111.7±14.1)ng/ml,差異有顯著性(P0.05);中性粒細胞百分比(%)61.9±12.9和正常對照組比較53.6±3.6比較有顯著差異(P0.05);紅細胞分布寬度(fl)47.3±4.1,高于正常對照組40.6±2.1,有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.慢性酒精中毒患者SF、VAP-1水平升高,可能是慢性酒精中毒診斷的參考指標,SF、VAP-1參與發(fā)病過程,可能對慢性酒精中毒的治療有一定幫助。2.急性腦梗死者SF、VAP-1 平升高,在急性腦梗死的發(fā)病機制中有參與,可能對急性腦梗死干預(yù)有臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the significance of detection of serum ferritin and vascular adhesion protein-1 in patients with chronic alcoholism and acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 25 patients with chronic alcoholism, 25 patients with chronic alcoholism, 25 patients with acute cerebral infarction, 25 patients with acute cerebral infarction, were selected for early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis improvement. Acute infarct lesions were confirmed by head MRI and 20 normal controls. Serum ferritin and vascular adhesion protein-1 levels were measured by ELISA double antibody sandwich method. The percentage of neutrophils and the distribution width of erythrocytes were measured by automatic blood cell analyzer. Results: 1. The SF level of chronic alcoholism patients was 294.3 鹵92.5 ng / ml higher than that of normal controls (112.4 鹵64.8 ng / ml), and the difference was significant (P 0.05) VAP-1 level was 178.9 鹵33.8 ng / ml higher than that of normal controls. The percentage of neutrophils was 57.7 鹵11.1 and 53.6 鹵3.6 in the control group respectively. The distribution width of red blood cells was 46.4 鹵3.2 higher than that of the normal control group (40.6 鹵2.1). The SF level of acute cerebral infarction patients was 347.3 鹵60.3ng / ml. The level of VAP-1 was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (112.4 鹵64.8ng / ml), and the level of VAP-1 was 83.3 鹵50.8ng / ml higher than that of the normal control group (111.7 鹵14.1 ng / ml), the percentage of neutrophils was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (53.6 鹵3.6), the percentage of neutrophils was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (53.6 鹵3.6), and the distribution width of red blood cells was 47.3 鹵4.1, which was higher than that of the normal control group (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference between normal control group (40.6 鹵2.1) and control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the level of VAP-1 in patients with chronic alcoholism is higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). It may be a reference index for the diagnosis of chronic alcoholism. SFAP-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic alcoholism, and it may be helpful to the treatment of chronic alcoholism. 2. The level of VAP-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction is increased, and it is involved in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction. It may have clinical significance for the intervention of acute cerebral infarction.
