【摘要】：目的:探討唑來膦酸注射液聯(lián)合金天格膠囊治療絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松癥(PMOP)的臨床療效及安全性。方法:選取海南省屯昌縣人民醫(yī)院2012年11月-2015年2月就診的PMOP患者99例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組、單藥組和聯(lián)合組,各33例。對照組患者給予碳酸鈣D3咀嚼片(Ⅱ)2片,po,qd+骨化三醇膠丸0.50μg,po,bid抗骨質(zhì)疏松;單藥組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予唑來膦酸注射液5 mg,ivgtt,1次/年;聯(lián)合組患者在單藥組基礎(chǔ)上給予金天格膠囊1.2 g,po,tid。3組患者均治療12個月。比較3組患者治療前后骨密度(BMD)、視覺模擬量表(VAS)評分和日常生活能力量表(ADL)評分,并記錄不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:治療前,3組患者上述指標(biāo)比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,單藥組和聯(lián)合組患者BMD水平均較治療前明顯升高,且明顯高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);單藥組和聯(lián)合組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)、腰背部VAS評分和ADL評分均較治療前明顯降低,且單藥組明顯低于對照組(ADL評分除外),聯(lián)合組明顯低于單藥組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。單藥組和聯(lián)合組患者的遠(yuǎn)期不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率(6.1%和3.0%)均明顯低于對照組(21.2%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:唑來膦酸注射液聯(lián)合金天格膠囊可提高PMOP患者BMD,減輕患者膝關(guān)節(jié)及腰背部疼痛,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of Zoledronic Acid Injection combined with Jintiange capsules in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) clinical efficacy and safety. Methods: 99 patients with PMOP from November 2012 Hainan province people's Hospital of Tunchang County -2015 year in February were patients, randomly divided into control group, single drug group and combined group, 33 cases. The control group were treated with D3 of Calcium Carbonate Chewable Tablets (II) 2, Calcitriol Soft Capsules Po, qd+ 0.50 g, Po, bid, anti osteoporosis; single drug group patients in the control group on the basis of Zoledronic Acid Injection IVGTT, 5 mg, 1 times / year; the joint group were treated with Jintiange capsules 1.2 g. Po in the monotherapy group on the basis of tid.3, the patients were treated for 12 months. The 3 groups were compared before and after treatment of bone mineral density (BMD), visual analogue scale (VAS) score and daily life ability scale (ADL) score, and record the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: before treatment, the patients in the 3 groups refers to Standard comparison, there were no significant differences (P0.05). After treatment, the BMD levels of patients with single drug group and combined group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05); single drug group and combined group of patients with knee joint, lumbar VAS score and ADL score were before treatment was significantly reduced, and the single drug group was significantly lower than the control group (ADL scores except), combination group was significantly lower than that of the single drug group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of long-term adverse effects of single drug group and combined group (6.1% and 3%) were significantly lower than the control group (21.2%), there was statistical significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion: Zoledronic Acid Injection combined with Jintiange capsules can improve PMOP in patients with BMD, reduce knee and back pain, and high safety.
