【摘要】：目的分析正常人群與糖尿病患者未發(fā)生視網(wǎng)膜病變時黃斑區(qū)視網(wǎng)膜厚度差異,以及糖尿病患者黃斑區(qū)視網(wǎng)膜厚度與糖尿病病程以及血糖水平的關(guān)系。方法選取2016年4月至11月于我院內(nèi)四科治療的糖尿病無視網(wǎng)膜病變患者(22例)為糖尿病無視網(wǎng)膜病變組,同期另選22名正常人為正常組。光學(xué)相干斷層掃描測定所有患者的黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度(central subfield retinal thickness,CSRT)、黃斑部體積(cube volume,CV)及平均黃斑區(qū)厚度(cube average thickness,CAT),分析糖尿病患者與正常人群CSRT、CV、CAT的差別。將糖尿病無視網(wǎng)膜病變患者按照糖尿病病程(分為A、B、C 3組)及血糖狀態(tài)(分為D、E 2組)進行分組,比較組間CSRT、CV、CAT差異。結(jié)果糖尿病無視網(wǎng)膜病變組患者隨著糖尿病病程的增加CSRT、CV及CAT逐漸增加,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。糖尿病無視網(wǎng)膜病變組患者隨著糖尿病患者血糖的上升CSRT、CV及CAT逐漸增加,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。CSRT、CV及CAT與糖尿病病程及血糖均呈正相關(guān)(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論糖尿病患者相比正常人群CSRT、CV及CAT明顯增厚,且CSRT、CV及CAT隨糖尿病病程及血糖的增加而逐漸升高,為糖尿病早期視網(wǎng)膜病變的診斷提供可靠的參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the difference of retinal thickness in macular area between normal subjects and diabetic patients without retinopathy. Methods from April 2016 to November, 22 cases of diabetic non-retinopathy treated in our hospital were selected as diabetic non-retinopathy group. In the same period, 22 normal subjects were selected as normal subjects. Central subfield retinal thicknessnessct, cube volume and mean macular thickness of macular area were measured by optical coherence tomography (Oct) in all patients. The mean macular thickness and mean macular thickness were analyzed between diabetic and positive diabetic patients. According to the course of diabetes (group A BX C 3) and blood glucose status (group D 2), the patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups. Results the CV and CAT of diabetic patients without retinopathy increased with the increase of the course of diabetes. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). CSRT CV and CAT increased with the increase of blood glucose in diabetic patients without retinopathy. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05N. CSRTCV and CAT were positively correlated with the course of diabetes and blood glucose (P0.05). Conclusion compared with the normal population, the CV and CAT of diabetic patients were significantly thicker, and the CV and CAT increased gradually with the increase of the course of diabetes and the increase of blood glucose. To provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis of early diabetic retinopathy.
