【摘要】：目的對已編制的成人哮喘患者生活質(zhì)量量表進行評價,為哮喘的防治提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)和組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)、克朗巴赫α系數(shù)、分半信度系數(shù)分別評價量表的重測信度、同質(zhì)性信度、分半信度;通過探索性因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型評價量表結(jié)構(gòu)效度。結(jié)果四個維度和總量表的重測信度系數(shù)(多數(shù)r0.90和ICCs0.8),同質(zhì)性信度的系數(shù)(0.63Cronbach’sα0.87),分半信度系數(shù)(0.71r0.87)均表明量表的信度評價已達到統(tǒng)計學要求;經(jīng)探索性因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析,多數(shù)模型適配度指標(RMSEA=0.09,AGFI=0.91,NFI=0.90,CFI=0.89)表明量表結(jié)構(gòu)效度較為理想。結(jié)論該量表具有較好的信度、效度,適用于評價成人哮喘患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of life scale (QOL) for adult asthma patients, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of asthma. Methods Pearson correlation coefficient, intra-group correlation coefficient and Cronbach 偽 coefficient were used. The split-half reliability coefficient was used to evaluate the test-retest reliability, homogeneity reliability and split-half reliability of the scale. Results the test-retest reliability coefficients of the four dimensions and the total scale (most r0.90 and ICCs0.8), the coefficient of homogeneity reliability of 0.63 Cronbachs 偽 0.87, the split-half reliability coefficient of 0.71 r0.87) were evaluated by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model. Reliability evaluation has reached the statistical requirements; By exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis, most of the model fitness indexes were 0.91 ~ 0.91 ~ 0.90 CFI ~ (0.89). Conclusion the scale has better reliability and validity, and is suitable for evaluating the quality of life of adult asthma patients.
