西藏昌都地區(qū)環(huán)境硒分布特征及其與大骨節(jié)病的關(guān)系

【摘要】:為闡明西藏昌都地區(qū)大骨節(jié)病的持續(xù)活躍與當(dāng)前環(huán)境硒狀況的相互關(guān)系,在西藏昌都地區(qū)大骨節(jié)病流行區(qū)選取八宿縣和洛隆縣,按病情嚴(yán)重程度匹配采集了飲用水、自然土壤(0~20 cm)、表層耕作土壤(0~20 cm)、青稞、糌粑、外購(gòu)大米和面粉等環(huán)境樣品,分析了樣品硒含量及其與大骨節(jié)病病情的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:八宿縣和洛隆縣外環(huán)境總體處于低硒水平,其中飲用水、耕作土壤、青稞和糌粑等樣品硒含量隨病情加重呈顯著減少趨勢(shì),輕病區(qū)環(huán)境硒水平較2004年調(diào)查結(jié)果有明顯提高。大骨節(jié)病病情分布與當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境因素特別是主糧青稞和糌粑關(guān)系密切,表明病區(qū)居民對(duì)自產(chǎn)糧食的依賴(lài)是大骨節(jié)病持續(xù)活躍的重要原因,增加外源性高硒食物的攝入仍是預(yù)防和控制大骨節(jié)病病情的基本對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In order to elucidate the relationship between the continuous activity of Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) and the present situation of selenium in the environment, Bazu County and Luolong County were selected in Kaschin-Beck Disease endemic area in Qangdu area, Tibet, and drinking water was collected according to the severity of the disease. Natural soil 0 ~ 20 cm ~ (-1), surface tillage soil 0 ~ 20 cm ~ (-1), highland barley, Zanba, and other environmental samples, such as rice and flour, etc. The content of selenium in the samples and the relationship between selenium content and Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) were analyzed. The results showed that the external environment of Basu County and Luolong County was generally low selenium level, in which drinking water, tillage soil, The selenium content in the samples of highland barley and tsamba decreased significantly with the increase of the disease condition, and the environmental selenium level in the light disease area was significantly higher than that in 2004. The distribution of KBD was closely related to the local environmental factors, especially the main grain barley and tsamba. The results showed that the dependence of residents on self-produced food was an important reason for KBD to remain active, and increasing the intake of exogenous foods with high selenium was still the basic countermeasure to prevent and control KBD.
