【摘要】：目的了解廣西中老年男性人群艾滋病流行趨勢,初步探索其感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的相關(guān)影響因素。方法從《全國艾滋病綜合防治數(shù)據(jù)信息系統(tǒng)》中導(dǎo)出截至2015年12月31日定時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對新發(fā)現(xiàn)報(bào)告HIV感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(簡稱HIV/AIDS病人)年齡構(gòu)成進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),同時(shí)對3個(gè)縣(區(qū))中老年嫖客專題調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和20歲及以上男性人群HIV抗體檢測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。采用PASW Statistics 18.0軟件分析中老年男性人群艾滋病流行趨勢及相關(guān)影響因素。結(jié)果廣西2006-2015年男性病例中50歲及以上病例從552例增長到了3 314例,占男性報(bào)告病例數(shù)的比例從15.7%增長到49.9%,呈現(xiàn)顯著增長趨勢(χ2=2 282.8,P0.001)。3個(gè)縣(區(qū))共觀察241 195名20歲及以上男性人群,HIV血清陽轉(zhuǎn)率為4.35/萬·人年(180/413 549)。男性人群HIV新發(fā)感染率隨著年齡增長逐漸增高,60~69歲最高(11.51/萬·人年)。3個(gè)縣(區(qū))共調(diào)查50歲及以上中老年嫖客1 276人,HIV陽性檢出率為1.96%(25/1 276),知道HIV檢測機(jī)構(gòu)[比值比(OR)=0.36,95%可信區(qū)間(CI):0.15~0.86]是感染HIV的保護(hù)因素;使用過壯陽藥(OR=4.74,95%CI:1.95~11.50)、離異/喪偶/分居(OR=3.67,95%CI:1.37~9.86)和最近1個(gè)月有過性行為(OR=6.42,95%CI:1.16~35.41)是感染HIV的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論中老年男性特別是中老年嫖客是艾滋病傳播的重點(diǎn)高危人群,中老年男性人群艾滋病流行已對廣西艾滋病防控形成新的挑戰(zhàn),應(yīng)針對性地采取新的防控策略措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic trend of AIDS among middle-aged and aged men in Guangxi. To explore the related influencing factors of HIV infection. Methods to derive from the National Comprehensive data system for AIDS Prevention and treatment (NIDSID) the regular statistical data up to December 31st 2015. The age composition of newly discovered patients with HIV / AIDS AIDS AIDS (HIV/AIDS for short) was statistically analyzed. At the same time, the special survey data of middle and old age clients in 3 counties (districts) and HIV antibody test data of male population aged 20 years and above were analyzed. The PASW Statistics 18.0 software was used to analyze the prevalence trend of AIDS and its related influence in middle and old age male population. Results from 2006 to 2015, the number of male cases aged 50 and above increased from 552 to 3,314 in Guangxi, The proportion of reported cases in males increased from 15.7% to 49.9, showing a significant increasing trend (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 282.8 / P 0.001). A total of 241,195 men aged 20 years and above were observed to have a seropositive seroconversion rate of 4.35 / 10 000 / 10 ~ (5) years. New HIV infection occurred in male population. The HIV positive rate of 1 276 clients aged 50 years old and above was 1.96% / 1276%, and the HIV detection rate [ratio was 0.3695% confidence interval (CI = 0.15595% CI = 0.150.86%]] was found to be positive in the three counties (districts) with the increasing age of 60 ~ 69 years old and the prevalence of HIV positive rate was 1.96% / 1 276% / 10 ~ 6% / person / person / person / person / person year. The results showed that the HIV detection system [ratio was 0.3695% CI = 0.150.86]. The protective factors of HIV; The risk factors of HIV infection were 4.74-95 CI: 1.95% 1.95 / 11.50, or 3.67 / 95 CI: 1.379.86 and 6.42 / 95CI1 / 35.41). Conclusion Middle-aged and aged men, especially middle-aged and elderly clients, are the key risk groups for HIV / AIDS transmission. The prevalence of AIDS among middle-aged and aged men has posed a new challenge to the prevention and control of AIDS in Guangxi.
