【摘要】：目的對(duì)英文版衰弱綜合評(píng)估工具(CFAI)進(jìn)行漢化,檢驗(yàn)中文版的信、效度。方法采用Brislin翻譯模型對(duì)英文版CFAI進(jìn)行漢化。2015年5月至7月,采用經(jīng)過(guò)文化調(diào)試的CFAI及世界衛(wèi)生組織生活質(zhì)量簡(jiǎn)表(WHOQOL-BREF)對(duì)石家莊市200名社區(qū)老年人進(jìn)行評(píng)定;首次評(píng)估1周后,選取其中30名采用CFAI進(jìn)行第2次評(píng)估。6名老年醫(yī)學(xué)專家對(duì)CFAI進(jìn)行內(nèi)容效度評(píng)分,CFAI總分與WHOQOL-BREF總分及兩次CFAI評(píng)分進(jìn)行Pearson相關(guān)分析,對(duì)CFAI進(jìn)行因子分析,計(jì)算CFAI的Cronbachα。結(jié)果漢化CFAI包含4個(gè)維度,23個(gè)條目;內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)為0.782;因子分析得到6個(gè)公因子,累積方差貢獻(xiàn)率64.05%;CFAI總分與WHOQOL-BREF總分中度負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.764,P0.001)。量表總分Cronbachα=0.837,重測(cè)相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.604~0.941(P0.001)。結(jié)論漢化CFAI有較好的信度和效度,可用于我國(guó)社區(qū)老年人的衰弱評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the English version of CFAI. Methods the Chinese version of CFAI was translated into Chinese by Brislin model. From May 2015 to July, the Chinese version of CFAI was used to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version. Two hundred elderly people in Shijiazhuang City were assessed with the culturally adjusted CFAI and the World Health Organization (WHO) quality of Life Summary Table (WHOQOL-BREFF); one week after the first assessment, 30 of them were assessed by CFAI for the second time. 6 geriatrics experts were selected to evaluate the content validity of CFAI. The total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the score of CFAI twice were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and the factor analysis of CFAI was carried out. Results the Chinese CFAI contains 4 dimensions and 23 entries, the content validity index is 0.782, and the factor analysis shows 6 common factors. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.05%. The total score of CFAI was moderately negatively correlated with the total score of WHOQOL-BREF. The total score of Cronbach 偽 was 0.837, and the coefficient of correlation was 0.6040.941% P0.001.Conclusion Sinicized CFAI has good reliability and validity, and can be used to assess the weakness of the elderly in Chinese community.
