【摘要】：目的對英文版衰弱綜合評估工具(CFAI)進行漢化,檢驗中文版的信、效度。方法采用Brislin翻譯模型對英文版CFAI進行漢化。2015年5月至7月,采用經(jīng)過文化調(diào)試的CFAI及世界衛(wèi)生組織生活質(zhì)量簡表(WHOQOL-BREF)對石家莊市200名社區(qū)老年人進行評定;首次評估1周后,選取其中30名采用CFAI進行第2次評估。6名老年醫(yī)學(xué)專家對CFAI進行內(nèi)容效度評分,CFAI總分與WHOQOL-BREF總分及兩次CFAI評分進行Pearson相關(guān)分析,對CFAI進行因子分析,計算CFAI的Cronbachα。結(jié)果漢化CFAI包含4個維度,23個條目;內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)為0.782;因子分析得到6個公因子,累積方差貢獻率64.05%;CFAI總分與WHOQOL-BREF總分中度負相關(guān)(r=-0.764,P0.001)。量表總分Cronbachα=0.837,重測相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.604~0.941(P0.001)。結(jié)論漢化CFAI有較好的信度和效度,可用于我國社區(qū)老年人的衰弱評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the English version of CFAI. Methods the Chinese version of CFAI was translated into Chinese by Brislin model. From May 2015 to July, the Chinese version of CFAI was used to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version. Two hundred elderly people in Shijiazhuang City were assessed with the culturally adjusted CFAI and the World Health Organization (WHO) quality of Life Summary Table (WHOQOL-BREFF); one week after the first assessment, 30 of them were assessed by CFAI for the second time. 6 geriatrics experts were selected to evaluate the content validity of CFAI. The total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the score of CFAI twice were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and the factor analysis of CFAI was carried out. Results the Chinese CFAI contains 4 dimensions and 23 entries, the content validity index is 0.782, and the factor analysis shows 6 common factors. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.05%. The total score of CFAI was moderately negatively correlated with the total score of WHOQOL-BREF. The total score of Cronbach 偽 was 0.837, and the coefficient of correlation was 0.6040.941% P0.001.Conclusion Sinicized CFAI has good reliability and validity, and can be used to assess the weakness of the elderly in Chinese community.
