【摘要】：亞臨床甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥在臨床中很常見,但對(duì)其危害及處理有很大的爭(zhēng)議。歐洲甲狀腺學(xué)會(huì)根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的臨床證據(jù),公布了內(nèi)因性亞臨床甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥診治指南。指南強(qiáng)調(diào),要確立持續(xù)性亞臨床甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥的診斷,明確其病因,按照其進(jìn)展為臨床甲亢、發(fā)生不良心血管事件及骨質(zhì)疏松風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)分層,以指導(dǎo)臨床處理。
[Abstract]:Subclinical hyperthyroidism is common in clinical practice, but its harm and management are controversial. Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of endogenous subclinical hyperthyroidism have been published. The guidelines emphasize the need to establish the diagnosis of persistent subclinical hyperthyroidism, to determine its etiology, and to make it clinical hyperthyroidism according to its progression. Risk stratification of adverse cardiovascular events and osteoporosis risk to guide clinical management.
