【摘要】：目的:討論烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)維吾爾族內臟脂肪面積與血尿酸及代謝綜合征之間的相關性。方法:研究采用多階段分層整群隨機抽樣,在新疆烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)中二道橋片區(qū)對1268名維吾爾族居民進行橫斷面調查。所有居民均測量收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)、腰圍(WC),并檢測空腹血糖(FPG)、血漿總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及血尿酸(UA)水平。使用人體成分分析儀測量腹內脂肪面積(VFA)。根據(jù)檢測結果分析內臟脂肪面積與尿酸及代謝綜合征之間的相關性。結果:維吾爾族男女H-VFA組血尿酸水平明顯高于L-VFA組(p0.01),內臟脂肪面積預測血尿酸的ROC曲線下面積為0.718;維吾爾族男女H-VFA組中MS的患病率明顯高于L-VFA組(p0.01),內臟脂肪面積預測代謝綜合征存在的ROC曲線下面積為0.858;維吾爾族男女內臟脂肪面積(VFA)與體質指數(shù)、體重、臀圍、收縮壓、舒張壓、空腹血糖、2h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、甘油三酯、總膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白及尿酸呈正相關,與高密度脂蛋白呈負相關。結論:在維吾爾族中,內臟脂肪面積與血尿酸及代謝綜合征密切相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between visceral fat area, uric acid and metabolic syndrome in Uygur nationality in Tianshan area of Urumqi. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1268 Uygur residents in Zhongerdaoqiao District, Tianshan District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), waist circumference (WCG), fasting blood glucose (FBG), plasma total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (triglyceride) were measured in all residents. The levels of TGG, HDL, LDL and UAA were measured by body composition analyzer. The correlation between visceral fat area and uric acid and metabolic syndrome was analyzed based on the results. Results: the level of serum uric acid in H-VFA group was significantly higher than that in L-VFA group, and the area under ROC curve of visceral fat area in predicting serum uric acid was 0.718. The prevalence of MS in H-VFA group was significantly higher than that in L-VFA group and visceral fat. The area under the ROC curve was 0.858, the area of visceral fat in Uygur men and women was 0.858, the area of visceral fat and body mass index (BMI) of Uygur men and women. Body weight, hip circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose 2 h glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and uric acid were positively correlated, and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein. The area of visceral fat is closely related to serum uric acid and metabolic syndrome.
