【摘要】：目的探討IL-2、IL-6和TGF-β在老年甲狀腺腫并甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥(甲亢)患者體內(nèi)表達(dá)水平及其臨床意義。方法 128例以甲狀腺腫并甲亢就診于寧夏醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科的老年患者作為病例組;另外選擇128例甲狀腺腫大未合并甲亢的60歲以上老年人作為對照組。使用細(xì)針穿刺活檢方法,對兩組患者的甲狀腺組織進(jìn)行病理學(xué)檢查,使用免疫組化、QT-PCR及Western Blot的方法分別檢測兩組患者甲狀腺組織IL-2、IL-6、TGF-β的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果與對照組相比,病例組患者IL-2、IL-6、TGF-β的表達(dá)明顯增高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),IL-2、IL-6、TGF-β高表達(dá)主要集中在甲亢和甲狀腺腫大患者的甲狀腺濾泡細(xì)胞中,與對照組相比,表達(dá)量的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在有突眼癥狀的甲狀腺腫合并甲亢患者中,IL-6的表達(dá)比無突眼患者高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);但在突眼和無突眼的甲亢和甲狀腺腫大患者中,IL-2和TGF-β表達(dá)水平差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在老年性甲狀腺腫合并甲亢患者中,患者病變組織中IL-2、IL-6及TGF-β表達(dá)水平明顯增高。但在具有突眼癥狀的老年性甲狀腺腫合并甲亢患者中,IL-6水平明顯高于無突眼者。使用IL-2、IL-6及TGF-β等對于診斷甲狀腺腫大合并甲亢具有重要意義,尤其對于老年的甲亢臨床癥狀不典型患者,具有重要的提示作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and TGF- 尾 in elderly patients with goiter and hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) and their clinical significance. Methods 128 patients with goiter and hyperthyroidism were treated in the affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University. The elderly patients in the department of secretion were treated as the case group. In addition, 128 patients over 60 years old with goiter and hyperthyroidism were selected as control group. The thyroid tissues of the two groups were examined by fine needle biopsy. The expression of IL-2TGF- 尾 in thyroid tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Results compared with the control group, the expression of IL-2TGF- 尾 in the thyroid tissue of the patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the expression of IL-2TGF- 尾 in the thyroid tissue of the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group. The high expression of IL-2TGF- 尾 in thyroid follicular cells of patients with hyperthyroidism and goiter was significantly higher than that in control group. The expression of IL-6 was significantly higher in patients with exophthalmic goiter complicated with hyperthyroidism than in patients with anophthalmos. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the expression of IL-2 and TGF- 尾 in patients with hyperthyroidism and goiter. Conclusion in the elderly patients with goiter and hyperthyroidism, there is no significant difference in the expression of IL-2 and TGF- 尾. Conclusion there is no significant difference in the expression of IL-2 and TGF- 尾 in patients with hyperthyroidism. The expression levels of IL-6 and TGF- 尾 were significantly higher in patients with exophthalmic goiter than in patients with hyperthyroidism. The expression of IL-6 and TGF- 尾 were significantly higher in patients with goiter with exophthalmos than in patients with hyperthyroidism. The use of IL-6 and TGF- 尾 in the diagnosis of goiter was helpful in the diagnosis of goiter. Hyperthyroidism is of great significance. Especially for the elderly hyperthyroidism clinical symptoms atypical patients, has an important role in prompting.
