【摘要】：目的探索2型糖尿病患者接種流行性感冒(流感)疫苗的影響因素。方法通過1∶2配對病例對照研究,在2016年9月-2017年1月期間接種過流感疫苗的2型糖尿病患者中隨機(jī)選取60例作為接種組,匹配的120例未接種疫苗的患者作為對照組,開展面對面問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果接種組、對照組分別有76.67%、50.00%患者在過去一年內(nèi)曾患過流感或普通感冒,平均治療花費(fèi)≥300元/次分別占10.87%、3.33%(χ~2=10.62,P=0.003)。Logistic回歸分析顯示,家人最高文化程度越高、家庭人均年收入越高、所患慢性病種類越多、有流感或普通感冒患病史、聽說過流感疫苗、認(rèn)為糖尿病患者需要接種流感疫苗和了解流感疫苗接種醫(yī)保優(yōu)惠政策的糖尿病患者,接種流感疫苗的可能性越大。結(jié)論 2型糖尿病患者接種流感疫苗受到認(rèn)知、政策、自身健康、家庭等因素影響,應(yīng)有針對性開展干預(yù)以提高2型糖尿病患者流感疫苗接種率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of influenza vaccine inoculation in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A 1: 2 matched case-control study was conducted. From September 2016 to January 2017, 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected as inoculation group and 120 unvaccinated patients as control group.
