【摘要】：目的:通過篩選在六種與肥胖相關(guān)疾病中發(fā)揮作用的共同的肥胖基因,闡明肥胖在疾病發(fā)生及發(fā)展中的作用,為預(yù)防及治療肥胖相關(guān)的一系列疾病提供參考。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):首次分析了與肥胖相關(guān)疾病的共同的肥胖基因,為解釋肥胖與疾病的關(guān)系提供理論支持。方法:從疾病及肥胖?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)庫中獲得與疾病和肥胖相關(guān)的基因,利用生物信息學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行蛋白互作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和中心基因分析,篩選中心基因;對疾病與肥胖?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)庫中的重疊基因進(jìn)行GO(Gene Ontology,基因本體)功能富集,獲得在疾病中發(fā)揮作用的共同的基因本體功能集群。結(jié)論:通過分析初步推測六種與肥胖相關(guān)疾病中的31個中心基因中包括17個肥胖基因,每種疾病與肥胖的重疊基因具有一些相同的基因本體功能集群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to elucidate the role of obesity in the pathogenesis and development of obesity by screening common obesity genes that play a role in the development of six obesity related diseases. For the prevention and treatment of a series of obesity related diseases. Innovation: the first analysis of obesity related diseases common obesity gene. To provide theoretical support for explaining the relationship between obesity and disease. Methods: the genes related to disease and obesity were obtained from the disease and obesity database. The protein interaction network analysis and central gene analysis were carried out by bioinformatics software. The overlapping genes in disease and obesity database were enriched with GO(Gene Ontology (gene ontology) function. Conclusion: through analysis, we preliminarily speculate that the 31 central genes of 6 kinds of obesity related diseases include 17 obesity genes. Overlapping genes of each disease and obesity have some of the same functional clusters of genes.
