【摘要】：正痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎是由于高嘌呤代謝異常,痛風結(jié)晶在關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)沉積,導致炎性關(guān)節(jié)疾病。近年來,發(fā)病率呈逐年上升趨勢,并且年輕患者所占比重增加~([1])。主要以關(guān)節(jié)腫脹、疼痛為主要表現(xiàn),可出現(xiàn)局部皮溫增高或發(fā)紅。對于以膝關(guān)節(jié)為首發(fā),不伴高尿酸血癥,癥狀非典型的痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎不容忽視,該類痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎往往診斷困難,容易被誤診~([2-3])。本例病患為誤診病例。1臨床資料
[Abstract]:Positive gouty arthritis is caused by abnormal metabolism of hyperpurine and accumulation of gout crystals in joints, resulting in inflammatory joint diseases. In recent years, the incidence of gouty arthritis has been increasing year by year, and the proportion of young patients has increased. [1. The main manifestations were joint swelling and pain, and the local skin temperature could be increased or reddished. For the knee joint as the first, without hyperuricemia, the symptoms of atypical gouty arthritis could not be ignored.
