基于AdaBoost法在代謝綜合征不平衡數(shù)據(jù)分類中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的 (1)針對(duì)醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)不平衡的特點(diǎn),以代謝綜合征為例,通過比較單純決策樹與AdaBoost+決策樹分類代謝綜合征的性能,從而確定AdaBoost+決策樹在醫(yī)療不平衡數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中的優(yōu)點(diǎn),為計(jì)算機(jī)輔助診斷代謝綜合征提供方法學(xué)參考。(2)采用決策樹探討代謝綜合征的影響因素。方法采用AdaBoost平衡代謝綜合征數(shù)據(jù),并比較數(shù)據(jù)平衡前后決策樹建模的性能,采用F-value,G-mean和AUC分析評(píng)價(jià)模型。結(jié)果 (1)相較于單純決策樹,AdaBoost+決策樹的F-value值提高6.3%,G-mean提高3.5%,AUC提高0.4%,分別表明采用AdaBoost+決策樹分類代謝綜合征患者識(shí)別的性能提高6.3%,數(shù)據(jù)整體的分類精度提高3.5%;模型的綜合分類能力提高0.4%。(2)探討決策樹影響因素均顯示:空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白、收縮壓、年齡、體重指數(shù)是代謝綜合征的主要影響因素。此外,在本研究中,決策樹提示:若FPG6.02,BMI24.99,SBP139,age≤46,則患有代謝綜合征;若FPG≤6.02,HDL-C≤0.99,BMI≤24.99,age≤61,則不患代謝綜合征。結(jié)論采用AdaBoost+決策樹的性能優(yōu)于決策樹,使用決策樹所得結(jié)果與相關(guān)專業(yè)研究中代謝綜合征影響因素相同。
[Abstract]:Objective 1) aiming at the characteristics of imbalance of medical data, taking metabolic syndrome as an example, the performance of simple decision tree and AdaBoost decision tree classification metabolic syndrome was compared. In order to determine the advantages of AdaBoost decision tree in medical imbalance data mining. To provide methodological reference for computer-aided diagnosis of metabolic syndrome. (2) to explore the influencing factors of metabolic syndrome by using decision tree. Methods the data of AdaBoost balanced metabolic syndrome were used. The performance of decision tree modeling before and after data balance was compared. F-valueG-mean and AUC were used to analyze and evaluate the model. F-value of AdaBoost decision tree was increased by 6.3and G-mean was increased by 3.5. the value of F-value was increased by 0.4%. The results showed that the classification performance of metabolic syndrome patients using AdaBoost decision tree was improved by 6.3 and the classification accuracy of data was improved by 3.5. The comprehensive classification ability of the model was improved by 0.4. 2) to explore the influencing factors of decision tree: fasting blood glucose, high density lipoprotein, systolic blood pressure, age.
