【摘要】：多化學(xué)物質(zhì)過(guò)敏癥對(duì)中國(guó)公眾來(lái)說(shuō)還很陌生,在日本長(zhǎng)期被認(rèn)為是一種心理疾病,直到2009年才正式得到有關(guān)政府部門的承認(rèn),成為一種正式的疾病。日本的多化學(xué)物質(zhì)過(guò)敏癥患者大多為中年以上的家庭婦女,因?yàn)榧膊?她們被迫盡量呆在家里,避免與外界接觸,缺乏社會(huì)交往和社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò),是物理和社會(huì)意識(shí)上的"雙重隱性"。因?yàn)榧膊?她們的日常生活和社會(huì)生活都困難重重。要解決這一社會(huì)問題,需要整個(gè)社會(huì)從整體上減少有毒化學(xué)物質(zhì),需要去除"隱性",使多化學(xué)物質(zhì)過(guò)敏癥為社會(huì)所熟知。納米材料和核電等新物質(zhì)、新技術(shù)都帶有很大的社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,不僅需要科學(xué)理性和科學(xué)計(jì)算,更需要從價(jià)值觀系統(tǒng)出發(fā)進(jìn)行社會(huì)層面的開放的民主討論。隨著由環(huán)境問題引起的顯性的社會(huì)沖突和問題向長(zhǎng)期潛在的環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)變,環(huán)境社會(huì)學(xué)的研究方法也應(yīng)該有所轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Polyallergies, which are unfamiliar to the Chinese public, have long been considered a mental illness in Japan and were not officially recognized by the authorities until 2009. The majority of people with polychemical allergies in Japan are middle-aged housewives who are forced to stay at home and avoid contact with the outside world as much as possible because of the disease. The lack of social communication and social support network is "double recessive" in physics and social consciousness. Because of disease, their daily life and social life are all difficult. It is necessary for the whole society to reduce the toxic chemicals as a whole, to remove the "recessive", to make the multi-chemical allergies familiar to the society. New materials, such as nanomaterials and nuclear power, and new technologies have great social risks. The assessment of these risks requires not only scientific rationality and scientific calculation. It is more necessary to carry out open democratic discussion on the social level from the value system. With the transformation of dominant social conflicts and problems caused by environmental problems to long-term potential environmental risks. The research methods of environmental sociology should also be changed.
