【摘要】：正患者女性,42歲,因乏力、胸悶、氣短1個(gè)月加重,伴低熱1周于2013年3月入院�；颊哂谌朐呵�1個(gè)月無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)乏力、胸悶、氣短,未引起重視。近一周上述癥狀加重,伴低熱,體溫37.8~38.4℃,無(wú)盜汗,偶有咳嗽、咳痰。既往史:否認(rèn)"肺結(jié)核"病史,無(wú)特殊職業(yè)史。入院查體:體溫38.2℃、心率85次、呼吸頻次22次、血壓120/80 mm Hg。頸部及鎖骨上窩可觸及數(shù)個(gè)腫大淋巴結(jié),直徑1~1.5 cm,活
