【摘要】：目的了解北京市順義區(qū)高血壓和糖尿病患者自我管理現(xiàn)狀,為科學(xué)制定防治策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用問卷調(diào)查法,對1 560名18~79歲常住高血壓和糖尿病患者進(jìn)行面對面調(diào)查。結(jié)果女性高血壓及糖尿病患者患病知曉率高于男性;已確診高血壓患者的治療率和控制率分別為84.8%和34.6%;按照醫(yī)囑規(guī)律服藥率為38.1%。已確診糖尿病患者的治療率和控制率分別為90.4%和30.1%。除藥物治療外,部分患者采用控制飲食、適量運動、血壓/血糖監(jiān)測等方式控制血壓/血糖,但仍有5.7%及9.2%的高血壓和糖尿病患者未采取降壓或降糖措施。結(jié)論順義區(qū)高血壓和糖尿病患者自我管理有待加強(qiáng),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)相關(guān)健康教育,提高患者自我管理能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of self-management of hypertension and diabetes mellitus in Shunyi District of Beijing, and to provide scientific basis for making prevention and cure strategies. A face to face survey was carried out among 1 560 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus aged 18 to 79 years old. Results the awareness rate of hypertension and diabetes mellitus in female patients was higher than that in male patients. The treatment rate and control rate of patients with hypertension were 84.8% and 34.6 respectively. The treatment rate and control rate of the patients with diabetes mellitus were 90.4% and 30.1, respectively. In addition to drug therapy, some patients were treated with controlled diet and moderate exercise. Blood pressure / blood sugar was controlled by blood pressure / blood glucose monitoring. However, 5.7% and 9.2% of the patients with hypertension and diabetes did not take measures to reduce blood pressure or blood sugar. Conclusion Self-management of hypertension and diabetes patients in Shunyi district should be strengthened, and relevant health education should be strengthened. Improve patient self-management ability.
