【摘要】:目的探討自發(fā)性糖尿病鼠初期聽力變化特點(diǎn)。方法清潔級(jí)雄性,7周齡Zucker Diabetes Fat(ZDF)大鼠根據(jù)糖尿病發(fā)病與否分發(fā)生糖尿病的ZDF模型鼠(fa/fa)為實(shí)驗(yàn)組10只,不發(fā)生糖尿病的ZDF對(duì)照鼠(fa/+)為對(duì)照組5只。分別于2、3、4、5、6月大小時(shí)測(cè)大鼠的體重、空腹血糖、短聲誘發(fā)聽性腦干反應(yīng)(Click-ABR)、短純音誘發(fā)聽性腦干反應(yīng)(tb-ABR)、畸變產(chǎn)物耳聲發(fā)射(DPOAEs)。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠在第2月齡內(nèi)12小時(shí)禁食不禁飲測(cè)空腹血糖在正常范圍,第3月齡時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠的空腹血糖已達(dá)糖尿病標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并維持在較高水平;對(duì)照組大鼠血糖一直保持在正常范圍。根據(jù)測(cè)得空腹血糖值大小實(shí)驗(yàn)組空腹血糖值上升相對(duì)較快的鼠(實(shí)驗(yàn)組H)在4月齡時(shí)tb-ABR在8k Hz上的閾值較其2月齡時(shí)閾值升高(P0.05);Click-ABR 90d BSPLⅠ波潛伏期、Ⅰ-Ⅲ間期較在2月齡時(shí)延長(P0.05),4月后Ⅰ波潛伏期、Ⅰ-Ⅲ間期開始縮短。實(shí)驗(yàn)組空腹血糖上升相對(duì)較慢鼠(實(shí)驗(yàn)組L)在5月齡時(shí)tb-ABR在8k Hz、16k Hz、32k Hz的閾值較2月齡時(shí)閾值升高(P0.05),以32k Hz聽力損失最嚴(yán)重,Click-ABR90d BSPLⅠ波及Ⅰ-Ⅲ波潛伏期出現(xiàn)較明顯延長(P0.05),5月后Ⅰ波潛伏期、Ⅰ-Ⅲ間期開始縮短。對(duì)照組大鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)前后聽力無變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論肥胖ZDF糖尿病大鼠發(fā)病前期聽力無明顯變化,糖尿病鼠發(fā)病穩(wěn)定后1到2個(gè)月(即4、5月齡)開始出現(xiàn)較明顯的聽力損害;糖尿病聽力損失的發(fā)病進(jìn)展速度也許與血糖升高的快慢有關(guān);糖尿病鼠高頻聽力損失較重,提示臨床糖尿病人應(yīng)當(dāng)監(jiān)測(cè)高頻聽力變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of primary hearing changes in spontaneously diabetic rats. The 7-week-old ZDF rats with diabetes mellitus were divided into 10 experimental groups (n = 10). Five ZDF control rats without diabetes were used as control group. The body weight and fasting blood glucose were measured on June. Short tone evoked auditory brainstem response (Click-ABRN), short pure tone evoked auditory brainstem response (Tb-ABR). Results the rats fasted for 12 hours during the second month, and the fasting blood glucose was measured in the normal range. At the third month, the fasting blood glucose of the rats reached the diabetic standard and maintained at a higher level. The blood glucose in the control group remained in the normal range. According to the level of fasting blood glucose measured, the fasting blood glucose level of the experimental group increased relatively quickly (experimental group H).
