恩格列凈通過調(diào)節(jié)缺氧誘導(dǎo)因子1α減輕高糖誘導(dǎo)的近端腎小管上皮細(xì)胞損傷

目的糖尿病腎。╠iabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病嚴(yán)重的慢性微血管并發(fā)癥之一,根據(jù)中國腎臟病監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)(China Kidney Disease Network,CK-NET)2019年發(fā)布的《中國腎臟病年度報(bào)告》數(shù)據(jù)顯示,糖尿病腎病已超過腎小球腎炎,成為慢性腎臟。╟hronic kidney disease,CKD)的首位病因,占總體病因的27.0%。糖尿病腎病是一個(gè)異質(zhì)性的疾病,目前的治療策略包括嚴(yán)格的血糖、血壓、血脂控制等多危險(xiǎn)因素干預(yù)療法。自從1994年腎素-血管緊張素系統(tǒng)抑制劑(renin angiotensin system inhibitor,RASI)卡托普利可以降低1型糖尿病患者的蛋白尿,2004年發(fā)現(xiàn)氯沙坦可以降低2型糖尿病患者的蛋白尿,保護(hù)腎功能外,沒有其他藥物證明可以降低糖尿病腎臟疾病的進(jìn)展。直到2019年,Credence(Canagliflozin and Renal Events in Diabetes with Established Nephropathy Clinical Evaluation)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)卡格列凈可以顯著減少2型糖...
