骨轉(zhuǎn)移是前列腺癌患者死亡的主要原因,目前尚無有效的治療方法。由于骨微環(huán)境在此過程中起著重要作用,因此我們關(guān)注于癌細(xì)胞與骨微環(huán)境（包括破骨細(xì)胞、成骨細(xì)胞和骨基質(zhì)細(xì)胞）之間的相互作用上。本文解釋了前列腺癌細(xì)胞與骨微環(huán)境中轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)細(xì)胞相互作用的機(jī)制,并進(jìn)一步探討了前列腺癌骨轉(zhuǎn)移靶向治療的最新進(jìn)展。本文總結(jié)了骨微環(huán)境對(duì)前列腺癌轉(zhuǎn)移的影響及其相關(guān)機(jī)制,為今后的前列腺癌轉(zhuǎn)移研究提供新思路。
