腦卒中患者尿路感染的臨床分析

【摘要】:目的探討老年腦卒中住院患者合并尿路感染的臨床情況及相關(guān)因素,為臨床診治提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2012年12月-2014年1月老年腦卒中住院患者344例,分析感染發(fā)生率、病原菌分布及影響感染的相關(guān)因素,采用SPSS 13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 344例患者中有79例患者發(fā)生尿路感染,感染率為22.97%;共分離出104株病原菌,其中革蘭陰性菌64株占61.5%,革蘭陽(yáng)性菌40株占38.5%,其中大腸埃希菌與金黃色葡萄球菌居多,分別占37.50%、25.96%;年齡≥60歲、住院時(shí)間4周、多種抗菌藥物聯(lián)合使用、侵入性診療、留置導(dǎo)尿管、低蛋白血癥、Brunstrom 4~6分級(jí)均是發(fā)生尿路感染的危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年腦卒中住院患者合并尿路感染發(fā)生率較高,影響因素較多,在有效控制相關(guān)因素基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)選擇針對(duì)性抗感染治療。

Methods 344 senile stroke inpatients from December 2012 to January 2014 were selected to analyze the incidence of infection, the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the related factors affecting infection. The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 13.0 software.
