【摘要】：目的分析影響腎移植手術(shù)后移植腎失功的因素。方法接受同種異體腎移植手術(shù)的患者共750例,分析移植腎失功率及失功原因。應(yīng)用Logistic分析影響移植腎失功的獨立因素。結(jié)果 5年內(nèi)移植腎失功率為3.87%,存活率為96.13%,腎移植受者的存活率為97.73%;移植腎功能延遲恢復(fù)、急性排斥反應(yīng)、加速性排斥反應(yīng)、感染,顯著影響移植腎的存活率(P0.05)。年齡、免疫抑制方案對移植腎存活的影響無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。移植腎冷缺血時間、肌酐恢復(fù)正常時間、患者1個月內(nèi)狀況(移植腎功能延遲恢復(fù)、急性排斥反應(yīng)、加速性排斥反應(yīng)、感染)均屬影響移植術(shù)后移植腎存活的獨立因素。結(jié)論對腎移植術(shù)后患者進(jìn)行移植腎功能延遲恢復(fù)、急性排斥反應(yīng)、加速性排斥反應(yīng)、感染的發(fā)生進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格控制,對提高移植腎的存活率具有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influencing factors of renal allograft dysfunction after renal transplantation. Methods 750 cases of allograft renal transplantation were performed and the causes of power loss were analyzed. Logistic was used to analyze the independent factors affecting renal allograft dysfunction. Results within 5 years, the power loss of kidney transplantation was 3.87 and the survival rate was 96.13. The survival rate of renal transplant recipients was 97.73. Delayed recovery of graft function, acute rejection, accelerated rejection and infection significantly affected the survival rate of the transplanted kidney (P0.05). Age and immunosuppressive regimen had no significant effect on graft survival (P0.05). The cold ischemia time, creatinine recovery time and the condition of the patients within one month (graft function delayed recovery, acute rejection, accelerated rejection, infection) were all independent factors affecting graft survival after transplantation. Conclusion the delayed recovery of renal function, acute rejection, accelerated rejection and infection after renal transplantation are of great clinical significance in improving the survival rate of the transplanted kidney.
