【摘要】：目的:探討丹參飲對膀胱癌患者化療后胃腸道抑制及免疫功能的影響,并探討其作用機制。方法:將重慶市中醫(yī)院收治的膀胱癌患者140例均行化療治療,隨機抽取70例于化療期間服用丹參飲(觀察組),其余70例為對照組。比較兩組胃腸道抑制比例,化療前后細(xì)胞免疫和體液免疫指標(biāo)水平、自然殺傷(natural killer,NK)細(xì)胞水平及血清相關(guān)因子水平。結(jié)果:化療后24 h內(nèi),對照組Ⅲ~Ⅳ比例高于觀察組(P0.05),對照組0級比例低于觀察組(P0.05)。在72 h內(nèi),觀察組0級比例高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅱ和Ⅲ~Ⅳ比例均低于對照組(P0.05)�；熀�,兩組患者CD3~+,CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+均較化療前降低(P0.05),CD8~+水平均較化療前升高(P0.05);觀察組CD3~+,CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+的變化程度均小于對照組(P0.05)。化療后,兩組患者免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)水平均較化療前降低(P0.05)。化療后,兩組患者NK細(xì)胞水平均低于化療前(P0.05),觀察組下降幅度小于對照組(P0.05)。化療后,觀察組的白細(xì)胞介素-12(interleukin-12,IL-12)和腫瘤壞死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α水平低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在化療時,加服丹參飲可有效降低患者的胃腸道抑制,并更好的調(diào)節(jié)患者免疫功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Danshen decoction on gastrointestinal inhibition and immune function after chemotherapy in bladder cancer patients and its mechanism.
