【摘要】：目的比較Palindrome H肝素涂層帶隧道帶滌綸套導(dǎo)管和Permcath帶隧道帶滌綸套導(dǎo)管在血液透析充分性、導(dǎo)管功能及并發(fā)癥的異同。方法選取維持性血液透析使用帶隧道帶滌綸套導(dǎo)管的患者47例,最終以使用Permcath導(dǎo)管臨床資料完整21例為Permcath組,使用Palindrome H肝素涂層導(dǎo)管26例為Palindrome H肝素涂層組,對比兩組尿素清除率(Kt/V)、尿素下降率(URR)、導(dǎo)管相關(guān)感染率、導(dǎo)管功能不良率等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果兩組患者年齡差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[(62±19.72)歲vs(64±12.22)歲,P=0.728]。Palindrome H肝素涂層導(dǎo)管組患者Kt/V、URR均優(yōu)于Permcath組(P=0.000),Palindrome H肝素涂層導(dǎo)管組患者導(dǎo)管功能不良率明顯低于Permcath組(P=0.000),Palindrome H肝素涂層導(dǎo)管組患者導(dǎo)管相關(guān)感染率低于Permcath組(P=0.048)。結(jié)論 Palindrome H肝素涂層帶隧道帶滌綸套的導(dǎo)管在透析充分性、導(dǎo)管功能不良率、導(dǎo)管相關(guān)感染率等方面均優(yōu)于非肝素涂層Permcath導(dǎo)管,在帶隧道帶滌綸套導(dǎo)管的應(yīng)用中,Palindrome H肝素涂層導(dǎo)管比Permcath導(dǎo)管更有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the adequacy, function and complications of Palindrome H heparin coated tunnel duct with polyester sheath and Permcath tube with tunnel band in hemodialysis. Methods A total of 47 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were enrolled in this study. 21 patients with complete clinical data of Permcath catheter were selected as Permcath group and 26 patients with Palindrome H heparin coated catheter as Palindrome H heparin coated group. Urea clearance rate (Kt/V), urea decline rate, (URR), catheter-related infection rate and ductal dysfunction rate were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in age between the two groups [(62 鹵19.72) years old vs (64 鹵12.22) years old, P _ (0.728)] the Kt/V,URR of heparin coated catheter group was better than that of Permcath group (P < 0. 000). The incidence of ductal dysfunction in Palindrome H heparin coated catheter group was significantly lower than that in Permcath group (P 0. 000), Palindrome H heparin coated catheter group was lower than that in Permcath group (P0. 048). Conclusion Palindrome H heparin coated Permcath catheter with tunnel and polyester sheath is superior to non-heparin coated Permcath conduit in dialysis adequacy, ductal dysfunction rate and catheter-related infection rate. Palindrome H heparin coated catheter is superior to Permcath catheter.
