[Abstract]:Positive kidney stone is a common disease in urology, and its incidence is high. The animal models established by the Institute of Etiology of Renal calculi have been mature. In the past, most of the studies on animal models of renal calculi were based on biochemical, pathological and even protein perspectives. X-ray CT and other imaging techniques are often used to diagnose urolithiasis in clinic. (micro computed tomographyMirco-CT is a kind of microfocal X-ray tube, which is different from common clinical CT in diagnosis of urolithiasis.
