【摘要】:正腎結(jié)石是泌尿外科常見疾病,發(fā)病率較高。圍繞腎結(jié)石病因?qū)W研究所建立的動(dòng)物模型已經(jīng)較為成熟,以往腎結(jié)石動(dòng)物模型的研究多是從生化、病理甚至蛋白角度出發(fā),臨床多采用X線、CT等影像學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)泌尿系結(jié)石進(jìn)行診斷,而微計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描技術(shù)(micro computed tomography,Mirco-CT)是一種采用了與普通臨床CT不同的微焦點(diǎn)X線球管,對(duì)活體小動(dòng)物或多種硬組織進(jìn)行掃描成像分析的技術(shù),該技術(shù)在
[Abstract]:Positive kidney stone is a common disease in urology, and its incidence is high. The animal models established by the Institute of Etiology of Renal calculi have been mature. In the past, most of the studies on animal models of renal calculi were based on biochemical, pathological and even protein perspectives. X-ray CT and other imaging techniques are often used to diagnose urolithiasis in clinic. (micro computed tomographyMirco-CT is a kind of microfocal X-ray tube, which is different from common clinical CT in diagnosis of urolithiasis. A technique for scanning imaging analysis of small animals or hard tissues in vivo.
