【摘要】：目的探討前列腺癌組織M2型巨噬細胞浸潤與前列腺癌病理分級和分期的相關(guān)性。方法選取58例行根治性前列腺癌切除患者,對病理標本行HE和免疫組化SP法染色,確定腫瘤分期、病理分級及有無M2型巨噬細胞浸潤,采用χ~2檢驗分析M2型巨噬細胞浸潤與腫瘤分級和分期的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 M2型巨噬細胞浸潤的前列腺癌組≥T2c為71.4%,發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移為60.0%,明顯高于無M2型巨噬細胞浸潤組(χ~2=5.97,P=0.015;χ~2=10.28,P=0.001);M2型巨噬細胞浸潤與無M2型巨噬細胞浸潤的前列腺癌組的病理分級差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 M2型巨噬細胞浸潤可能參與前列腺癌細胞的生長和轉(zhuǎn)移;其相關(guān)病理、生理機制有待進一步分析。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between M 2 macrophage infiltration and pathological grade and stage of prostate cancer.
