【摘要】：正患者男性,68歲,無明顯誘因陰囊漸進性腫大1年入院。體檢:雙側陰囊內可觸及多個腫物,質地中等,最大者大小6 cm×5 cm×4 cm,可推動,活動度可,透光試驗陰性。右側腹股溝區(qū)站立時見一隆起腫塊,大小7 cm×6 cm,呈橢圓形,可回納,與陰囊腫塊無明顯相連。余查體未見明顯異常。陰囊彩超示雙側陰囊內均可見一高回聲團,左、右側大小分別為51 mm×38 mm、74 mm×39 mm,形態(tài)規(guī)則,邊界清,內
[Abstract]:The male patient was 68 years old and had no obvious inducement of progressive scrotal enlargement for 1 year. Physical examination: multiple masses could be reached in the bilateral scrotum, with medium texture, the largest size being 6 cm 脳 5 cm 脳 4 cm, which could be pushed forward, and the degree of activity could be improved, and the light transmittance test was negative. A bulge mass was seen in the right inguinal region, which was 7 cm 脳 6 cm in size. It was oval-shaped and could be resuscitated without obvious connection with the scrotal mass. No obvious abnormality was found in the others. Scrotal color ultrasound showed a hyperechoic mass in both sides of the scrotum. The size of left and right sides were 51 mm 脳 38 mm and 74 mm 脳 39 mm, respectively.
