輸尿管軟鏡與經(jīng)皮腎鏡治療腎結(jié)石的相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:目的探討輸尿管鏡與經(jīng)皮腎鏡對(duì)術(shù)后腎功能、凝血功能及氧化應(yīng)激產(chǎn)物的影響。方法選取該院收治的腎結(jié)石患者52例,隨機(jī)分為經(jīng)皮腎鏡組和輸尿管鏡組,每組各26例,經(jīng)皮腎鏡組給予經(jīng)皮腎鏡鈥激光碎石術(shù)治療,輸尿管鏡組給予輸尿管鏡鈥激光碎石術(shù)治療,術(shù)后對(duì)患者的腎功能、凝血功能、氧化應(yīng)激產(chǎn)物及治療效果進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果術(shù)后輸尿管鏡組與經(jīng)皮腎鏡組比較:(1)輸尿管鏡組血清Scr、NGAL、Cys C和MDA水平較低,血清R、K和GSH-Px水平較高,α、MA水平較低;(2)輸尿管鏡組的術(shù)中出血量較低,清石率較高。結(jié)論與經(jīng)皮腎鏡比較,輸尿管鏡對(duì)腎結(jié)石患者腎功能、凝血功能的影響更小,氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)較輕,術(shù)中出血量較低,清石率較高,對(duì)臨床有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy on renal function, coagulation and oxidative stress products. Methods Fifty-two patients with renal calculi were randomly divided into percutaneous nephroscope group and ureteroscopic group, each group with 26 cases. Percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy was performed in each group. Ureteroscope group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy. Renal function, coagulation function, oxidative stress product and therapeutic effect were measured after operation. Results the results showed that: (1) the levels of serum Scrn NGALCys C and MDA in ureteroscopy group were lower than those in percutaneous nephroscopy group, the levels of serum RK and GSH-Px were higher, and the level of 偽 -TMA was lower in ureteroscopy group, (2) the amount of intraoperative bleeding was lower and the stone clearing rate was higher in ureteroscopy group. Conclusion compared with percutaneous nephroscopy, ureteroscopy has less effect on renal function and coagulation function, less oxidative stress, lower blood loss during operation and higher stone clearance rate, which is of guiding significance to clinical practice.
