【摘要】：目的探討對體外沖擊波碎石術(shù)患者行腎肝寧膠囊治療對于腎臟保護(hù)的臨床效果。方法選取我院2016年1月~2016年12月收治的患者148例作為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為單一組和聯(lián)合組各74例。單一組進(jìn)行體外沖波碎石術(shù)治療,聯(lián)合組在此基礎(chǔ)上行腎肝寧膠囊聯(lián)合治療,觀察并比較兩組治療效果以及各項指標(biāo)的變化情況。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組的治療有效率71例(95.95%)顯著高于單一組63例(85.14%),聯(lián)合組的尿N-乙酰-β-葡萄糖肝酶(NAG)、炎癥介質(zhì)、尿β2-微球蛋白以及氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于單一組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對體外沖擊碎石術(shù)患者行肝腎寧膠囊治療,能夠減少患者的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)和炎癥反應(yīng),更加利于患者的術(shù)后恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Shenganning capsule on renal protection in patients undergoing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods 148 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into single group (74 cases) and combined group (74 cases). One group was treated with extracorporeal wave lithotripsy, and the combined group was treated with Shenganning capsule on this basis. The therapeutic effect and the changes of each index were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment in the combined group (71 cases, 95. 95) was significantly higher than that in the single group (63 cases, 85.14%). The urinary N- acetyl-尾-glucosinase NAGN, inflammatory mediators, urinary 尾 2-microglobulin and oxidative stress in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the single group (P 0. 05). Conclusion the treatment of Gangshenning capsule can reduce the stress reaction and inflammatory reaction of the patients, and is more beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients with extracorporeal impact lithotripsy.
