【摘要】：目的:探討腹腔鏡下修補(bǔ)膀胱陰道瘺的診斷和治療方法。方法:回顧性分析2013年5月至2014年7月中南大學(xué)湘雅醫(yī)院收治的5例膀胱陰道瘺的資料,5例均行腹腔鏡下膀胱陰道瘺修補(bǔ)術(shù),對(duì)其手術(shù)方法進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),記錄其手術(shù)時(shí)間、手術(shù)出血量及住院時(shí)間,并隨訪4~12個(gè)月。結(jié)果:5例患者經(jīng)腹腔鏡下膀胱陰道瘺修補(bǔ)術(shù)均獲得成功,無(wú)1例中轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)放手術(shù)。手術(shù)時(shí)間為70~120(平均97)min;術(shù)中出血量為40~70(平均54)m L;住院時(shí)間為4~8(平均5.8)d。隨訪4~12(平均7.6)個(gè)月,5例患者均未出現(xiàn)漏尿。結(jié)論:腹腔鏡下修補(bǔ)膀胱陰道瘺有出血少、創(chuàng)傷小、病人恢復(fù)快以及成功率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種可行且安全有效的治療膀胱陰道瘺的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopic repair of vesicovaginal fistula. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 5 cases of vesicovaginal fistula from May 2013 to July 2014 in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were treated, 5 cases underwent laparoscopic repair of vesicovaginal fistula, the surgical methods were analyzed and summarized, the operative time, bleeding volume and the duration of hospitalization, and followed up for 4~12 months. Results: 5 patients underwent laparoscopic repair of vesicovaginal fistula were successful, 1 cases were converted to open surgery. The operation time was 70~120 (average 97 min); intraoperative blood loss was 40~70 (average 54) m L; hospitalization time was 4~8 (average 5.8) follow up D. 4~12 (average 7.6 months), there was no leakage of urine in 5 patients. Conclusion: laparoscopic repair of vesicovaginal fistula with less bleeding, less trauma, quicker recovery and the success rate is high, is a safe and effective treatment for female bladder The method of fistula.
