【摘要】:目的:探討細(xì)胞色素氧化酶P450(CYP)4B1基因突變與膀胱癌遺傳易感性的關(guān)系。方法:應(yīng)用PCR-單鏈構(gòu)象多態(tài)性(PCR-SSCP)分析和直接測(cè)序分析,分別檢測(cè)152例膀胱癌患者和150例非腫瘤同期住院患者CYP4B1的各個(gè)常見突變基因位點(diǎn),分析基因突變對(duì)膀胱癌發(fā)病的影響。結(jié)果:膀胱癌組CYP4B1 C517T、AT881-882del+G993A+C1018T和C1123T突變基因型頻率高于對(duì)照組(χ2=8.266、16.218和15.347,P0.05);不同病理分級(jí)及臨床分期膀胱癌患者間CYP4B1各突變基因型頻率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:攜帶CYP4B1C517T、AT881-882del+G993A+C1018T和C1123T突變基因型者更易患膀胱腫瘤。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between cytochrome oxidase P450 CYPn4B1 gene mutation and susceptibility to bladder cancer. Methods: PCR- single strand conformation polymorphism PCR-SSCP was used. Analysis and direct sequencing analysis. The common mutation gene loci of CYP4B1 were detected in 152 patients with bladder cancer and 150 patients with non-tumor at the same time. Results: CYP4B1 C517T in bladder cancer group. The genotype frequency of AT881-882del G993A C1018T and C1123T mutation was higher than that of the control group (蠂 2 = 8.266P 16.218 and 15.347). P0.05; There was no significant difference in the frequency of CYP4B1 mutation genotypes among patients with bladder cancer in different pathological grades and clinical stages (P 0.05). Conclusion: carrying CYP4B1C517T. AT881-882del G993A C1018T and C1123T genotypes were more likely to develop bladder tumors.
