【摘要】：前列腺癌是我國老年男性常見的泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤,能否早期診斷決定了患者預(yù)期壽命的長短。與前列腺癌早期診斷專家共識相對照,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心普遍存在專業(yè)技術(shù)人員不足、知識技能水平不足、缺乏相關(guān)診斷條件、缺乏前列腺癌早期診斷規(guī)范及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程等問題,需采取相關(guān)措施,如增強(qiáng)社區(qū)醫(yī)生對前列腺癌的重視程度、開展前列腺癌健康教育促使患者主動就醫(yī)、制定相關(guān)規(guī)范提高社區(qū)前列腺癌早期診斷能力等,才能進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮社區(qū)醫(yī)療服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢,改善前列腺癌早期診斷狀況,從而改善患者預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Prostate cancer is a common malignant tumor of urinary system in elderly men in China. Early diagnosis of prostate cancer determines the life expectancy of patients. There are many problems in community health service centers, such as shortage of professional and technical personnel, lack of knowledge and skills, lack of relevant diagnostic conditions, lack of norms and standard procedures for early diagnosis of prostate cancer, and so on. Relevant measures should be taken. Such as enhancing the importance of community doctors to prostate cancer, carrying out health education on prostate cancer to encourage patients to take the initiative to seek medical treatment, to develop relevant norms to improve the early diagnosis of prostate cancer in the community, and so on. In order to further develop the advantages of community medical services, improve the early diagnosis of prostate cancer, and improve the prognosis of patients.
