【摘要】：目的觀察腎透明細胞癌組織中環(huán)氧化酶2(COX-2)、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶2(MMP-2)的表達變化,并探討其意義。方法采用免疫組化SP法檢測67例份腎透明細胞癌組織(觀察組)、24例份癌旁正常組織(對照組)COX-2、MMP-2,并分析COX-2、MMP-2兩者間及其與腎透明細胞癌臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果觀察組及對照組COX-2陽性率分別為64.18%、25.00%,兩組比較,P0.05;MMP-2陽性率分別為56.7%、0,兩組比較,P0.05。COX-2、MMP-2表達均與腎透明細胞癌腫瘤分級、臨床分期有關(guān)(P均0.05)。腎透明細胞癌組織中COX-2與MMP-2表達呈正相關(guān)(r=0.857,P0.01)。結(jié)論 COX-2、MMP-2在腎透明細胞癌中均呈過度表達,COX-2、MMP-2的高表達與腎透明細胞癌腫瘤的分級、臨床分期及侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) and matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 67 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma (observation group, 24 cases of normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma) (control group). The relationship between COX-2 MMP-2 and clinicopathologic parameters of renal clear cell carcinoma was analyzed. Results the positive rates of COX-2 in observation group and control group were 64.1825% and 25.00% respectively. P 0.05 in the two groups; The positive rates of MMP-2 were 56.7% and 56.7%, respectively. The expression of P0.05.COX-2 MMP-2 was correlated with the tumor grade of renal clear cell carcinoma. There was a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC). Conclusion there is a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC). The overexpression of MMP-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma was related to the grade, clinical stage, invasion and metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma.
