【摘要】：正陰莖硬化性淋巴管炎好發(fā)于30~40歲男性,幾乎都發(fā)生于陰莖背側(cè)或冠狀溝處,外觀可見蚯蚓狀彎曲的索狀損害,向著陰莖根部延伸或圍繞著冠狀溝存在。其硬度如同軟橡皮,不與陰莖皮膚粘連,略有活動�；颊叨酂o自覺癥狀,偶有不適感,在勃起時可以有輕度痛感。由于本病只發(fā)生于陰莖背部淋巴管,故亦稱"陰莖背部淋巴管炎"[1]。1資料與方法1.1臨床資料2003年8月至2014年10月到我
[Abstract]:Positive penile sclerosing lymphangitis is common in men aged 30 to 40 years. Almost all of them occur at the dorsal side of the penis or in the coronal sulcus. Extending toward the root of the penis or around the coronal sulcus. Its hardness is like soft rubber, does not adhere to the penis skin, slightly active. Patients have no conscious symptoms, occasionally feel uncomfortable. May have the slight pain when erects. Because this disease only occurs in the penis back lymphatic vessel, therefore also called "penile dorsal lymphangitis" [1 data and methods 1.1 Clinical data from August 2003 to October 2014
