【摘要】：目的:探討達(dá)泊西汀用于治療早泄(PE)的臨床療效。方法:PE患者116例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組(60例)和對照組(56例),觀察組年齡23~49(33.1±1.4)歲,病程0.5~5(1.83±0.22)年,對照組年齡24~46(35.0±1.5)歲,病程1~7(1.97±0.25)年,2組年齡和病程差異無顯著性(P0.05)。觀察組按需口服達(dá)泊西汀,30 mg/次;對照組予以氟西汀口服,20 mg/次,1次/d。對比2組的臨床總體印象變化(CGIC)、早泄評估量表(PEP)、平均陰道內(nèi)射精潛伏期(IELT)及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:治療前后IELT觀察組[(0.86±0.17)min vs(4.32±2.23)min]和對照組[(0.88±0.15)min vs(4.17±2.26)min],較治療前均顯著延長(P0.05),組間無顯著性差異(P0.05);觀察組與對照組治療后的CGIC總有效率分別為85.00%、82.14%,組間比較無顯著性差異(P0.05);治療后2組PEP量表中控制射精能力(PCOE)、早泄相關(guān)苦惱得分(ERPD)、性交滿意度(SSI)及早泄相關(guān)良性溝通困難得分(ERID)均顯著提高(P0.05),組間比較無顯著性差異(P0.05);觀察組的不良反應(yīng)明顯低于對照組(3.33%vs 30.36%,P0.05)。結(jié)論:達(dá)泊西汀治療PE療效顯著,能夠延長陰道內(nèi)射精潛伏期,提高性生活質(zhì)量,且不良反應(yīng)較少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of dapoxetine in the treatment of premature ejaculation. Methods: 116 cases of PE were randomly divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 56). The age of the observation group was 2349, 33.1 鹵1.4 years old, the course of disease was 0.50.83 鹵0.22 years, and the control group was 2446 鹵35.0 鹵1.5 years old. There was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups in the course of disease (1: 7 鹵1. 97 鹵0. 25). In the observation group, 30 mg / time of dapoxetine was given to the patients in the observation group, and there was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups. The control group was given fluoxetine orally 20 mg / once a day. The changes of general clinical impression (CGICI) and PEP (early ejaculation evaluation scale) were compared between the two groups. After treatment, the control ejaculation ability and the scores of premature ejaculation related distress were measured by PEP scale in two groups. Sexual intercourse satisfaction (SSI) and the score of benign communication difficulties associated with premature ejaculation were significantly increased (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (3.33 vs 30.36 P0.050.Conclusion: Dapoxetine is effective in the treatment of PE and can prolong the latent period of intravaginal ejaculation. Improve the quality of sexual life, and less adverse reactions.
