基于3.0 T磁共振成像系統(tǒng)初步觀察WHBE兔腦部形態(tài)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:目的基于3.0 T磁共振成像(MRI)技術(shù),活體觀察WHBE兔腦部形態(tài)解剖結(jié)構(gòu),累積WHBE兔腦的影像學(xué)基本生物學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),為進一步拓寬WHBE兔的應(yīng)用提供背景資料。方法成年雄性WHBE兔9只,用3%戊巴比妥鈉溶液靜脈注射麻醉,行3.0 T MRI加兔腦專用線圈常規(guī)橫斷面和矢狀面掃描,并測量分析腦部的各種結(jié)構(gòu)大小。結(jié)果 MRI掃描可成功獲得活體WHBE兔腦矢狀面和橫斷面T2WI或T1WI圖像,可完整清晰地觀察到活體WHBE兔的嗅球、大腦、小腦和垂體等基本結(jié)構(gòu),并發(fā)現(xiàn)了4只兔腦T2WI中左右兩側(cè)顳葉海馬區(qū)高信號,相應(yīng)區(qū)域在T1WI出現(xiàn)低信號外,其余均無異常。同時,獲得了額葉、海馬、大腦、側(cè)腦室、垂體等相關(guān)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)的參考值。結(jié)論采用3.0 T磁共振成像系統(tǒng)加上兔腦專用線圈,可以清晰地觀察到WHBE兔腦部的各種形態(tài)解剖結(jié)構(gòu),并初步建立了WBHE兔腦影像學(xué)基本數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the morphologic and anatomical structure of the brain of WHBE rabbits in vivo and to accumulate the basic imaging biological data of the brain of WHBE rabbits based on 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique. Methods Nine adult male WHBE rabbits were anesthetized with 3% pentobarbital sodium solution. The normal transverse and sagittal scans were performed with 3. 0 T MRI and rabbit brain special coil. Results the sagittal and cross-sectional T _ 2WI or T _ 1WI images of the brain in vivo WHBE rabbits could be successfully obtained by MRI scanning. The basic structures of olfactory bulb, cerebellum, cerebellum and pituitary gland were observed completely and clearly in living WHBE rabbits, and hyperintense signals were found in the left and right temporal lobe hippocampal area of 4 rabbits on T2WI. There were no abnormalities in the other regions except hypointensity on T1WI. At the same time, frontal lobe, hippocampus, brain and lateral ventricle were obtained. Conclusion with 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging system and special coil of rabbit brain, all kinds of anatomical structures of WHBE rabbit's brain can be clearly observed. The basic imaging data of WBHE rabbit brain were established.
