【摘要】：目的通過(guò)錐形束CT數(shù)字影像研究重慶地區(qū)人下頜第一前磨牙的根管形態(tài)及牙根數(shù)目。方法篩選重慶地區(qū)567例患者的錐形束CT數(shù)字影像(男:293例,女:274例),共1 124顆下頜第一前磨牙,通過(guò)i-CAT軟件對(duì)其軸面、矢狀面、冠狀面進(jìn)行分析,記錄其根管形態(tài)及牙根數(shù)目。結(jié)果 1 124顆下頜第一前磨牙參考Vertucci根管形態(tài)分類法進(jìn)行分類,發(fā)生率分別為:Ⅰ型71.17%,多根管型28.83%[其中Ⅱ型4.45%,Ⅳ型1.16%,V型7.38%,Ⅸ型(雙根雙根管)13.61%,X型(其他)2.22%];左右側(cè)下頜第一前磨牙同一根管類型發(fā)生率相比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);男性多根管發(fā)生率(32.29%)高于女性(25.18%),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.009)。結(jié)論重慶地區(qū)人下頜第一前磨牙根管系統(tǒng)中多根管及雙牙根的發(fā)生率較高,根管類型多樣,且有性別差異。通過(guò)對(duì)根管系統(tǒng)的了解,有助于提高根管治療的成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the root canal morphology and root number of human mandibular first premolars in Chongqing by conical beam CT digital imaging. Methods A total of 1 124 mandibular first premolars were selected from 567 patients (male: 293, female: 274). The axial plane, sagittal plane and coronal plane were analyzed by i-CAT software, and the root canal morphology and root number were recorded.
