【摘要】：目的探討文拉法辛對(duì)高血壓伴抑郁癥患者外周血中干細(xì)胞因子(SCF)及其受體(c-kit)、內(nèi)皮素1(ET-1)和IL-6及血壓的影響。方法 97例高血壓伴抑郁癥患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(51例,給予文拉法辛+苯磺酸氨氯地平治療)和對(duì)照組(46例,給予苯磺酸氨氯地平治療)。隨訪12周,觀察降壓效果,檢測(cè)治療前后SCF/c-kit、ET-1和IL-6表達(dá)水平變化,比較兩組收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)和漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)評(píng)分。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后SCF/c-kit略高,但ET-1和IL-6水平明顯降低[(117.9±17.8)ng/L vs.(131.8±14.8)ng/L和(31.7±10.2)ng/L vs.(46.1±9.8)ng/L](P0.01)。治療后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組SBP、DBP和HAMD評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論合并抑郁的高血壓患者應(yīng)盡早進(jìn)行抗抑郁治療,可進(jìn)一步降低血壓及炎性因子水平,有利于對(duì)心血管系統(tǒng)的保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of venlafaxine on the levels of stem cell factor (SCF), its receptors (c-kitt 1), endothelin 1 (et 1), IL-6 and blood pressure in the peripheral blood of patients with hypertension and depression. Methods 97 patients with hypertension and depression were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 51) and experimental group (n = 51). Patients were treated with venlafaxine benzenesulfonic acid amlodipine (n = 46) and control group (n = 46). All patients were followed up for 12 weeks to observe the antihypertensive effect and to detect the expression of SCF / c kitt ET-1 and IL-6 before and after treatment. Results compared with the control group, the scores of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and Hamilton depression scale (Hamd) were slightly higher, but the levels of ET-1 and IL-6 were significantly lower [117.9 鹵17.8 ng / L vs.(131.8 鹵14.8 ng / L and 31.7 鹵10.2ng / L vs.(46.1 鹵9.8 ng / L] P 0.01. The scores of SBP and HAMD in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Conclusion the patients with hypertension complicated with depression should be treated with antidepressant therapy as soon as possible, which can further reduce the levels of blood pressure and inflammatory factors, which is beneficial to the protection of cardiovascular system.
