【摘要】：正腫瘤領域的前期研究主要集中在腫瘤細胞本身的癌變機制,近年發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤微環(huán)境的免疫細胞、血管內皮細胞及其他各種間質細胞在腫瘤發(fā)展和轉移過程中同樣具有舉足輕重的作用[1-5]。隨著髓源抑制細胞群(Myeloid-derived Suppressor Cells,MDSCs)的發(fā)現(xiàn)及對其認識的深入,使MDSCs成為當今的研究熱點之一,并被視為腫瘤免疫治療的一個新靶點。
[Abstract]:Previous studies in the field of positive tumors have focused on the canceration mechanism of tumor cells themselves. In recent years, immune cells in the tumor microenvironment have been discovered. Vascular endothelial cells and other interstitial cells also play an important role in tumor development and metastasis [1-5]. With the discovery and understanding of Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), MDSCs have become one of the research hotspots and become a new target of tumor immunotherapy.
