【摘要】：低級別子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤(ESS)是一類罕見的惡性間質(zhì)性腫瘤,臨床表現(xiàn)無特異性,術(shù)前診斷常較困難。低級別ESS的發(fā)病機制不明,發(fā)病率低,有關(guān)治療的最佳方案尚存在爭議。本文就低級別ESS的分子遺傳學、臨床病理特征、治療及預后的研究進展做一綜述。
