  研究背景:在世界范圍內(nèi)子宮頸癌是一種常見的女性致死性惡性腫瘤,盡管子宮頸癌近年來的發(fā)病率和死亡率明顯下降,它依舊在女性常見腫瘤中位居第四位。microRNAs(miRNAs)是一類單鏈非編碼小RNA分子,其長度為18-24個(gè)堿基,可與靶m RNA通過堿基互補(bǔ)配對(duì)相結(jié)合,導(dǎo)致靶m RNA降解或者抑制其翻譯。在過去的十幾年中,在包括子宮頸癌在內(nèi)的腫瘤領(lǐng)域,越來越多的研究表明miRNA扮演著一個(gè)重要調(diào)控者的角色。microRNA-501-5p(miR-501)是一種非保守的miRNA,作為腫瘤發(fā)生的潛在關(guān)鍵因子而出現(xiàn)。目前的證據(jù)表明miR-501在一些惡性腫瘤中過表達(dá),包括肝癌,胃癌和通過促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖作為癌細(xì)胞起作用的肺癌。此外,miR-501高表達(dá)可能是胃癌患者總體生存預(yù)測不良的指標(biāo)。然而,miR-501對(duì)宮頸癌的影響和潛在機(jī)制尚未探索。CYLD基因位于染色體16q12.1上,編碼去泛素化酶。CYLD基因突變與家族性圓筒瘤(FC),多發(fā)性家族性毛發(fā)上皮瘤(MFT)和多發(fā)性骨髓瘤相關(guān)。在腎癌,HCC和子宮頸玻璃狀細(xì)胞癌細(xì)胞系中報(bào)道了CYLD的拷貝數(shù)減少。同時(shí),在結(jié)直腸癌,乳腺癌和肺癌中發(fā)現(xiàn)抑...
