抵抗素299G/A和過氧化物酶體激增物激活受體γPro12A1a基因多態(tài)性與妊娠期糖尿病的相關(guān)性研究

目的探討抵抗素299G/A、PPARγPro12Ala基因多態(tài)性與GDM的相關(guān)性。方法選取156例GDM孕婦為GDM組和180名正常對照(NC)孕婦為NC組,采用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)-限制性內(nèi)切酶技術(shù)(PCR-RFLP)對基因多態(tài)性進行檢測。結(jié)果 GDM、NC組抵抗素299G/A基因型頻率GG∶GA∶AA分別為41.3%∶46.3%∶11.6%、35.2%∶51.7%∶13.8%,PPARγPro12Ala基因型頻率PP∶PA∶AA分別為92.3%∶7.7%∶0.0%、85.0%∶13.3%∶1.7%,兩組間基因型和等位基因頻率比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。GDM組抵抗素基因GA、AA基因型孕婦FIns、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)高于GG基因型[(12.99±9.98)vs(8.06±2.25)mU/L,(18.35±6.32)vs(8.06±2.25)mU/L;(2.45±0.96)vs(1.31±0.36),(3.45±1.89)vs(1.31±0.36),P<0.05]。PPARγ基因PP基因型孕婦BMI高于PA基因型[(29.47±1.68)vs(23.89±2.88)kg/m2...
