【摘要】：目的探討在經(jīng)體外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)或單精子卵母細(xì)胞漿內(nèi)注射(Intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)-胚胎移植凍融周期(Embryo freezing and thawing cycles,ET)(IVF/ICSI-ET)治療的單胎及雙胎早期妊娠中血清催乳素(prolactin,PRL)的變化趨勢及差異,并評估其對先兆流產(chǎn)的預(yù)測價值。方法回顧性分析2015年8月至2016年2月在安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院生殖中心行IVF/ICSI-ET并獲得妊娠的婦女281例,根據(jù)B超單雙胎及有無陰道流血分為:單胎組163例(正常妊娠114例,先兆流產(chǎn)49例),雙胎組118例(正常妊娠70例,先兆流產(chǎn)48例),檢測各組妊娠前PRL值及妊娠6~9周時PRL值。結(jié)果各組在年齡、不孕類型、不孕年限、周期類型、基礎(chǔ)血清催乳素等方面差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),妊娠后PRL值較基礎(chǔ)PRL值明顯升高,單胎組和雙胎組早期妊娠PRL值差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但單胎正常組與先兆流產(chǎn)組、雙胎正常組與先兆流產(chǎn)組之間催乳素值差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論P(yáng)RL值在早孕期明顯上升,且在雙胎妊娠中PRL值上升更顯著,但對于判斷先兆流產(chǎn)預(yù)后價值仍有待進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the trend and difference of serum prolactin (prolactin,PRL) in early pregnancy treated with in vitro fertilized (in vitro fertilization,IVF) or intracytoplasmic injection of (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)-embryo transfer freeze-thaw cycle (Embryo freezing and thawing cycles,ET (IVF/ICSI-ET), and to evaluate its predictive value for threatened abortion. Methods from August 2015 to February 2016, 281 women who underwent IVF/ICSI-ET and obtained pregnancy in the Reproductive Center of the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were divided into single pregnancy group (n = 163), twin group (n = 118), twin group (n = 70) and threatened abortion group (n = 48). The PRL values before pregnancy and at 6 / 9 weeks of pregnancy were measured. Results there was no significant difference in age, infertile type, infertile duration, cycle type and basic serum prolactin among the three groups (P 0.05). The PRL value after pregnancy was significantly higher than that in the basal PRL group. The PRL value of early pregnancy in the single fetus group and the twin group was significantly different (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the single fetus normal group and the threatened abortion group. There was no significant difference in prolactin between normal twin group and threatened abortion group (P 0.05). Conclusion PRL value increased significantly in early pregnancy, especially in twin pregnancy, but the prognostic value of threatened abortion still needs to be further studied.
