絕經(jīng)期子宮內(nèi)膜息肉組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9及環(huán)氧化酶-2的表達(dá)及其相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的探討絕經(jīng)期子宮內(nèi)膜息肉(EP)組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶(MMP)-9及環(huán)氧化酶(COX)-2表達(dá)及兩指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。方法選取未使用任何激素類(lèi)藥物治療的絕經(jīng)前、后EP患者、正常子宮內(nèi)膜(對(duì)照組)各30例。采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)在絕經(jīng)前后EP及正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中MMP-9及COX-2蛋白的表達(dá),并分析兩指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 MMP-9、COX-2在絕經(jīng)前EP組織中表達(dá)分別為83.33%(25/30)、57.67%(17/30),均明顯高于對(duì)照組的26.67%(8/30)、20.00%(6/30)(χ2=19.461、8.531,P0.05);在絕經(jīng)后EP中表達(dá)分別為73.33%(22/30)、47.67%(13/30),均明顯高于對(duì)照組的30.00%(9/30)、16.67%(5/30)(χ2=11.279、5.079,P0.05);MMP-2與COX-2在絕經(jīng)前后EP組織中呈正相關(guān)(r=0.383,P=0.037)。結(jié)論 MMP-9和COX-2在絕經(jīng)期EP組織高表達(dá),且呈正相關(guān),這兩種蛋白酶可能參與絕經(jīng)期EP的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of matrix metalloprotease (MMP)-9 and cycloenzyme (COX)-2 in (EP) of menopausal endometrial polyps and the correlation between the two indexes. Methods 30 patients with premenopausal and post-menopausal EP and 30 patients with normal uterus (control group) who were not treated with any steroid drugs were selected.
