【摘要】：正子宮內(nèi)膜癌的主要診斷方法是通過宮腔鏡檢查及分段診刮術(shù)獲得組織病理學(xué)診斷。近年國外已廣泛采用的子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查(ECT)也在子宮內(nèi)膜癌診斷中發(fā)揮重要作用。組織和細(xì)胞病理學(xué)診斷中,分子標(biāo)記物的應(yīng)用為明確腫瘤來源、鑒別癌前病變與癌、明確腫瘤惡性程度方面提供很大幫助。隨著傳統(tǒng)標(biāo)記物研究的深入及新標(biāo)記物的不斷引入,免疫組化和免疫細(xì)胞化學(xué)技術(shù)在子宮內(nèi)膜癌的診斷中扮演越來越重要的角色。
[Abstract]:The main diagnostic method of positive endometrial carcinoma is to obtain histopathological diagnosis by hysteroscopy and segmented diagnosis and curettage. In recent years, (ECT), which has been widely used abroad, also plays an important role in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. In the diagnosis of histology and cytopathology, the application of molecular markers is of great help in identifying the source of tumor, distinguishing precancerous lesion from cancer, and determining the malignant degree of tumor. With the development of traditional markers and the introduction of new markers, Immunochemistry and Immunochemistry play a more and more important role in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
