【摘要】：目的:比較體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)和單精子卵胞漿內(nèi)注射(ICSI)的妊娠結(jié)局。方法:回顧性分析2010年1月至2014年1月本中心接受輔助生殖技術(shù)助孕治療的9 973個(gè)IVF-ET及1 368個(gè)ICSI-ET患者的臨床資料,分別比較兩組的著床率、妊娠率、多胎率、異位妊娠率、流產(chǎn)率、早產(chǎn)率、低出生體重兒率、先天畸形率。結(jié)果:IVF組與ICSI組著床率(33.42%,31.53%)、妊娠率(50.00%,47.30%)、早期流產(chǎn)率(13.93%,11.50%)、早產(chǎn)率(25.04%,23.26%)、性別比(115∶100,103∶100)、畸形率(1.05%,0.76%)均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。IVF組的異位妊娠率(3.75%,1.76%)、多胎率(38.54%,32.44%)、低出生體重兒率(32.07%,26.86%)較ICSI組均顯著升高(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論 :不同輔助生殖技術(shù)方法未明顯增加妊娠風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但常規(guī)IVF比ICSI的多胎率、異位妊娠率、低出生體重兒率更高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the pregnancy outcomes between in vitro fertilisation and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and intracytoplasmic injection of (ICSI). Methods: the clinical data of 9973 IVF-ET and 1368 ICSI-ET patients treated with assisted reproductive technology from January 2010 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. the implantation rate, pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, abortion rate, premature birth rate, low birth weight rate and congenital malformation rate were compared between the two groups.
