【摘要】：正患者,27歲,孕2產(chǎn)1,停經(jīng)38周。孕婦平素月經(jīng)規(guī)律;于2013年10月5日剖宮產(chǎn)助娩一活嬰,2個(gè)月后陰道間斷少量流血,持續(xù)半月余,后自行好轉(zhuǎn)。2014年3月出現(xiàn)陰道少量流血,持續(xù)1月余,未治療;5月于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行婦科超聲檢查:孕18+2周,宮內(nèi)單活胎,確診妊娠,未予處理,至足月于我院就診,妊娠期間未行定期產(chǎn)前檢
[Abstract]:The positive patient, 27 years old, gave birth to 2 pregnant women and stopped menstruation for 38 weeks. Regular menstruation of pregnant women: delivery of a live baby by cesarean section on October 5, 2013, vaginal bleeding interrupted by a small amount after 2 months, lasting for more than half a month, and then self-improvement. A small amount of vaginal bleeding occurred in March 2014, lasted for more than 1 month, and was not treated. In May, gynecological ultrasound examination was performed in the local hospital: 182 weeks of gestation, single fetus in the uterus, confirmed pregnancy, no treatment, no regular antenatal examination during pregnancy, no regular antenatal examination during pregnancy, and no regular antenatal examination during pregnancy.
