【摘要】：目的研究妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者的睡眠狀況與其血糖控制情況間的關(guān)系。方法將臨床新近診斷為GDM,且未開始進(jìn)行胰島素或格列本脲治療的孕產(chǎn)婦納入研究。指導(dǎo)所有患者正確使用血糖儀及遵循GDM飲食原則。所有患者連續(xù)7d記錄睡眠日志,包括上床時(shí)間和覺醒時(shí)間。使用線性混合模型分析GDM患者睡眠持續(xù)時(shí)間與其清晨空腹血糖及餐后1h血糖濃度間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果最終收集65例連續(xù)7d完整的睡眠記錄表和血糖檢測(cè)值。睡眠時(shí)間縮短與空腹和餐后1h血糖濃度呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。在調(diào)整年齡、孕齡和體質(zhì)量指數(shù)后,睡眠持續(xù)時(shí)間每增加1h則空腹血糖明顯下降,二者呈顯著相關(guān)[-2.13mg/dL,95%CI(-3.98,-0.20)],與此同時(shí),餐后血糖濃度也明顯下降,同樣呈顯著相關(guān)[午餐-4.52mg/dL,95%CI(-8.75,-0.50)vs.晚餐-5.87 mg/dL,95%CI(-9.40,-2.73)]。結(jié)論 GDM患者的睡眠持續(xù)時(shí)間縮短與血糖控制不佳密切相關(guān)。告知GDM患者充足睡眠的重要性的同時(shí)及早發(fā)現(xiàn)和治療存在睡眠障的患者可以優(yōu)化其血糖控制水平。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the relationship between sleep and blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods The newly diagnosed GDM was newly diagnosed and the pregnant and pregnant women who had not started the treatment of insulin or GDM were included in the study. Instruct all patients to use the meter correctly and follow the GDM diet principle. All patients recorded a sleep log for 7 days, including the time of bed and the time of the wake-up. A linear mixed model was used to analyze the relationship between the sleep duration of the GDM and the fasting blood glucose in the early morning and the glucose concentration of 1 h after the meal. As a result,65 consecutive 7-day complete sleep and blood glucose values were collected. There was a significant negative correlation between the time of sleep and the fasting and postprandial blood glucose concentration. After the age, gestational age, and body mass index were adjusted, the fasting blood glucose was significantly reduced for each increase of 1 hour, both in a significant correlation[-2.13 mg/ dL,95% CI (-3.98,-0.20)], at the same time, the postprandial blood glucose concentration also decreased significantly and also significantly correlated[Lunch-4.52 mg/ dL,95% CI (-8.75, -0.50)vs.鏅氶-5.87 mg/dL,95%CI(-9.40,-2.73)]. Conclusion The shortening of sleep duration in GDM patients is closely related to the poor blood glucose control. To inform GDM patients of the importance of adequate sleep, early detection and treatment of patients with a sleep barrier can optimize their blood glucose control levels.
