【摘要】：目的分析上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)合并血小板增多癥患者的實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查特征。方法回顧性分析84例EOC患者(觀察組)和55例卵巢良性腫瘤患者(對(duì)照組)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果觀察組術(shù)前血小板計(jì)數(shù)明顯、血小板增多癥發(fā)生率均高于對(duì)照組,且EOC晚期患者高于早期,P均0.05。EOC合并血小板增多癥患者術(shù)前血清CA125、人附睪上皮分泌蛋白4(HE4)、纖維蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚體(D-D)水平和陽(yáng)性率,以及中晚期、腹水、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移所占比率均高于血小板正常者(P均0.01),并且其血小板計(jì)數(shù)與術(shù)前血CA125、HE4、FIB、D-D水平無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 EOC合并血小板增多癥患者病情更嚴(yán)重,各檢查指標(biāo)的陽(yáng)性率更高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the laboratory features of (EOC) complicated with platelet hyperplasia in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods the laboratory results of 84 patients with EOC (observation group) and 55 patients with benign ovarian tumors (control group) were analyzed retrospectively. Results the incidence of platelet count in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of platelet hyperplasia in the late stage of EOC was higher than that in the early stage.
