【摘要】：正復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)指與同一性伴侶連續(xù)發(fā)生3次或3次以上的孕20周之前的自然流產(chǎn)。但多數(shù)學(xué)者認為連續(xù)發(fā)生2次流產(chǎn)就應(yīng)予以重視并進行評估,因為其風(fēng)險與流產(chǎn)3次者接近。引起RSA的原因眾多,據(jù)報道8%~10%的RSA患者存在生殖道感染,雖然其所占比例不大,但由于生殖道感染在育齡期婦女中發(fā)病率較高,故其與
